Rhythm and Alps has announced its second lineup for the New Year’s period in Wānaka’s Cardrona Valley.
The updated bill includes Australian pop rock duo Lime Cordiale, Aotearoa’s electronic heavyweight and producer Montell2099, and British DJ Clipz. Aroha, a Melbourne-based producer and DJ originally from Aotearoa, will also perform, along with Lebanese-Australian Human Movement.
Australia’s dance acts Juicy Romance and Mincy, as well as Anaïs from Bristol, are set to take the stage.
From Dunedin, alt-rockers The Beatniks will perform, while Christchurch’s Single Malt, winner of the 2024 Dig The Gig UC R&A’s Arena Stage Award, will bring their brand of pop surf rock.
These acts join EDM-pop sensation Becky Hill, English DJ Andy C, co-founder of RAM Records, and local D&B heavyweights Shapeshifter, who are celebrating their 25th anniversary.
Rhythm and Alps 2024 will take place on December 30th and 31st at Cardrona Valley in Wānaka.
According to a press release, this year’s event is expected to be the biggest yet, with 10,000 attendees and over 6,000 campers anticipated. The 2024 edition will feature two new stages and additional site enhancements.
