More than 35 years on from their formation, beloved Australian rockers Boom Crash Opera are set to hit the road once again for an extensive national trek, announcing their Kick It Out Live tour.
The 11-date tour will see the group kicking things off in Albury next month, before visiting Queensland, Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales, and Tasmania over the coming months.
With vocalist Dale Ryder having rejoined the band back in 2019, Boom Crash Opera are back in fine form, with a range of shows over the last couple of years showing why they were one of the most beloved Australian rock acts of the ’80s and ’90s.
On their forthcoming tour, the group are set to be perform in both electric and acoustic mode, with a setlist featuring their biggest hits, and – as guitarist Peter Farnan explains – “deep album cuts and long lost faves that want to come out and play again’ or ‘great songs you’ve forgotten, you’ve forgotten’.”
Full ticketing details are available now through the band’s website.
