Canadian rock giants Nickelback are heading back Down Under, announcing a massive seven-date Australian tour for October 2027.
The band will bring their ‘Everything Under the Sun Tour’ to Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Geelong, Brisbane, Sydney and the Hunter Valley. See full dates below.
Tickets for the Australian tour will go on sale to the general public at 10am on Friday, October 16th, following an artist presale from 10am on Tuesday, October 13th, Vodafone and Mastercard presales from 10am on Wednesday, October 14th, Live Nation and Westfield presales from 10am on Thursday, October 15th, and a Spotify presale from 12pm on Thursday, October 15th. All times are local.
The Australian dates form part of an extensive global tour in support of Nickelback’s forthcoming 11th studio album, Everything Under the Sun, which is set for release later this month, via Virgin Music Group.
The tour will kick off in North America in February 2027, with the band playing dozens of shows across the US and Canada before heading to the UK and Europe throughout May, June and July.
The announcement follows the release of several tracks from the band’s upcoming record, including “Rattle the Cage”, featuring guitarist John 5, which has reached No. 1 on the US Active Rock radio chart. The band have also shared “Leave Me Behind” and “Make Me Love You”, offering fans a further taste of what’s to come.
The new album follows 2022’s Get Rollin’, which spawned the band’s biggest tour to date. According to the tour announcement, the accompanying world tour became both the fastest-selling and highest-attended run of Nickelback’s career.

Since forming in Alberta, Canada, more than three decades ago, the band have sold nearly 65 million albums worldwide and delivered some of rock’s most recognisable hits, including “How You Remind Me”, “Photograph”, “Rockstar” and “Someday”.
Their enduring popularity was also explored in the Netflix documentary Hate to Love: Nickelback, which offered a behind-the-scenes look at the band’s career and complicated relationship with public perception.
Joining them on the Australian leg will be Don Broco, who have previously sold out major UK venues including Wembley Arena and Alexandra Palace. The two bands are no strangers to one another, having recently teamed up on “Nightmare Tripping”, the title track from Don Broco’s forthcoming album.
