An arrest warrant has been issued for Below Deck Mediterranean star Nathan Gallagher.
As reported by The Daily Telegraph, a local court found that the reality TV personality suffocated and choked his then-partner and Below Deck castmate, Gael Cameron, at their Australian family home in December last year.
“Gallagher used one hand to cover the mouth and nose of Ms Cameron,” a document submitted by police states, upon Gallagher’s conviction of assault causing actual bodily harm, choking and common assault.
“Ms Cameron has tried to pull away, however Gallagher persisted and continued to cover her mouth, causing the victim to be unable to breathe at certain times.”
When Cameron retaliated by elbowing Gallagher in the mouth, he then reportedly “placed both of his hands around Ms Cameron’s neck, applying enough pressure which made her unable to breathe.”
“Gallagher used an open palm and struck Ms Cameron on the left side of her jaw, (which) caused pain and swelling,” the document continues.
After Cameron broke free from his grip, Gallagher “used both hands to grip the neck of Ms Cameron and, whilst applying force, lifted her up.

“Ms Cameron’s legs, however, were not lifted off the floor – Ms Cameron was unable to breathe during this time.”
“The offences themselves are very serious, with significant maximum penalties, in the context of them being domestic violence committed within the home,” Judge Lacy said.
Police have now been ordered to arrest Gallagher and bring him to court.
The news comes only days after Gallagher provided a statement to Rolling Stone. Gallagher says he was speaking out now because “I don’t believe the public has heard the full story surrounding what happened,” adding that “what has been publicly reported, however, represents only one side of what was an extremely complicated situation.”
